PRS Cheasapeake Bay Bridge Private Stock - Mrs Blue
Dr. Pink is getting some company by Mrs Blue. This is a PRS Cheasapeake Bay Bridge Private Stock guitar and it will replace if all goes well my old Godin LGX which I have been playing for over 30 years now. In the past months I felt that the Godin LGX can not display the sound I want to create since I reached a new level of expression on guitar so I was starting to look for a new guitar and since mom left me a few bucks it would have been her wish to invest it properly. So I estimated a budget of 7K for a new guitar - but I didn't find any which really striked me as my old Godin LGX done 30 years ago. At that time that guitar was 3.5K and I only had 100 bucks in my pocket and I bought it and never regreted it. 2 weeks ago I received a newsletter from a guitar store were they sold this PRS Cheasapeake Bay Bridge for a reduced price of 12K and unfortunately I fell in love with this guitar. I tried to reduce my attraction for this guitar since it is way over my budget but now it's on the way to me. It will arrive from Leeds GB tomorrow. PRS delivered only 8 guitars to Europe and even those are different. I will get this one here. It's the only video and review which was available in the internet. But I was lucky this store gave me a really good discount but the the next few weeks there will only be pasta and tomato sauce on my dinner table to get some money back. And the name will be : Mrs Blue

Free Guitar Student Files
This is a cool add - the theme of red baron seems to be easy but the last 4 bars are in fact a technical challenge. I added this also in memory of my good old musician friend " Wilbert Gill Junior " who passed away too early and I miss the music talks we always had. In fact he was the only musician which I knew in person who understood the way I feel music with colors and vibes. Here you can see a live version where you also see Junior playing :

Free Guitar Student Files
In this club you find some free downloads for all members of the HPCrazy Guitar Academy. This is like a selection of files which I think are cool for you guys and also represent the vibe of the HPCrazy Guitar Academy. Some of the files might be a bit difficult for beginners or intermediate players but it's good to know that material like that exists and it might be an inspiration for some of you guys. On some things you might work for months or years. But thats the path of a true guitar lover who always wants to improve. As an example I am trying to play " Eugene's Trick Bag " since many years. Now after many years I think I get to the point where I can play it. Even I never achieved to play it like in the movie " Crossroads " I improved a lot in other playing techniques. Thats the vibe one needs to follow. And the journey never ends.... https://www.hanspeterkruesi.com/members/files/category/7-free-guitar-student-files/

Red Baron ( Billy Cobham )
- 4 downloads
- Version 1.0.0
Here you find the tabs of the theme of Billy Cobhams " Red Baron ". The tune itself is quite easy to play and it based here mostly on the Gm blues scale. The improvisation on the tune then is on a G7 / C7 Vamp. My good old musician friend " Wilbert Gill Junior " who passed away one year ago used to play steelpan in Billy Cobhams band for many years. From him I can tell you that the oringinal version of Red Baron or many other Billy Cobham songs and written out into sheet music so the original tabs would be pages over pages. But for the regular player the theme is enough and to know that the solo's are set on that vamp. Some bands play Gm7 / C7 on the vamp.Free -

Meditation Guitar 432Hz
I am carrying this idea since at least 3 years to start to record and produce meditation music with the guitar and with the guitar tuned on 432Hz. I first wanted to release a CD with meditation music 432 Hz on piano but I got the message from my business partners in NY that Apple Music and other download or streaming services do not allow any music anymore which is labeled with " meditation music " or " relaxation music " or " therapy music " or " 432Hz ". That was quite a surprise and it stopped my enthusiasm for quite a while. I released the Piano CD in 432 Hz here on this website https://www.hanspeterkruesi.com/members/files/category/1-healing-and-therapy-music/ Since I switched the Farbmusik concerts in January from piano to guitar and motivated by the success I took this idea back to produce a CD with guitar meditation music in 432Hz. I did some testing and research on the sound which shall be created and now here it is. The first preview or first recording with Guitar Meditation Music 432Hz - it's the color orange as you can see in the picture above. Meditations Gitarre 432 Hz.mp3 Only Premium Members can play the track !

Newsletter Archiv
here's now the april 23 newsletter Blues Guitar Minor blues is the most popular topic in the guitar community so it was about time to share my experience and insight what I think about a perfect minor blues guitar sound. The secret in minor blues is, that it is about tone control and your ability to show many aspects of tone and sound in your minor blues guitar solo. If you want to know more check out this tutorial here : Do you love to go to jamsessions in your local community ? If yes then for sure you know the tune " Watermelon Man " by Herbie Hancock. I visited many jamsessions and this tune is one of the most played and I must say overplayed tune on jamsession but it is still played. If you want to become the GOTO guy at your local jamsession then my tutorial might help you to achieve this goal. Rock Guitar Rock Guitar Rhythm Studies are very important if you want to play a tight and convincing rock guitar. Rhythm and precision is the key to that. Playing proper 16th notes is a task for many players out there but with this tutorial I made things a bit easier for your guys and this tutorial is in face a MUST HAVE for every rock guitar player. The chord combination C F G is probably one of the most overuses chord progression on the planet. Here I give you some ideas how to make you sound fresh and new and to get this modern alternative rock guitar sound where unusaual chord voicings are used or dropped tunings get this modern sound. In this case it's a standard tuning but sounds like if you would have used a drop C tuning. Jazz Guitar Bebop Jazz Guitar is a hard task to achieve because you need a lot of theoretical knowledge and orientation on the fretboard. So here is the most easy possible start to the basics of Bebop on the guitar. We start with a simple II V I progression usind the chords Dm7 / G7 / Cmaj7 . This is the starting point to understand what the prinicple of bebop in general is and how to work it out on the guitar. If you are a total beginner into scales and just used to playing the minor or major pentatonics then these files and instructions here shall help you to get an understanding of scales, modes and there connection between eachother. I know many of you don't like theory but when you want to play Jazz Guitar it a MUST HAVE. Guitar Night HPCrazy Guitar Night is taking place on April 21th as an online event from the HPCrazy Guitar Academy Studio's so that all you guys can attend. I went through a longer phase now of injuries, reorganization and research to proceed with my main creative restart now in 2023. The past 3 years were not so creative for me and in fact it took longer then I thought to get back on the track I left 2020. My injury also took my 3 months to cure it. If you are suffering from guitar playing injuries yourself you might want to watch my therapy recommendations here : I also started to play the 7-String guitar. A great creative add and if you are interested to follow my thought and experience on my 7-string journey then this is the topic to subscribe for free for you. There you also find some exercises which I think are useful for 7-string gutiar beginners. and so we are now ready for the first HPCrazy Guitar Night on April 21th. If you love it or want to support the music please make a donation. You find the link in the description of the event : Technical Information Maintenance work was taking place in the past weeks on the HPCrazy Guitar Academy. If you experienced any problems with your Premium Membership please contact me and we can fix the problem. I also ran into a few technical problems about the bulk mail feature since we are now approaching 3000 members here on this website and this create quit a lot traffic. These were all things which had to be looked at which was quit time consuming I must say but I am glad this phase is now over. I also did a lot of testing and research on the mobile livestreaming workflow and equipment to make it possible to have better livestreams from other locations then only the HPCrazy Studio's. On the last concert from April 6th we were ready to go but there was a defect adapter which caused the drop out. In fact it's amazing how much testing and research is nessary to get all these things done. Also my Live Equipement is new and all the testing and programing took me weeks but I am now finished. My Live - Rig contains the following devices : So you guys see I was incredible busy but the testing and research phase is now over and now I enter back into the creative phase. HP

Easy Scale Building
View File Easy Scale Building Playing different scales, modes and the orientation on the fretboard is a major topic for all guitar players and from my point of view there are 2 ways to approach this problem. 1. You can learn hunderts of patterns which you find in many pattern books you find on the market. Here you find a good collection of different patterns : https://www.guitar.ch/en/guitars/scales/scales.html 2. You understand what is the essence of a scale, how it's built and how you derive from the basic pentatonic patterns to the major and minor scales and modes. The file which you can download here helps you to go the 2nd way. The key is that most guitar players come the minor pentatonic pattern 1 + 4 and there you can start the journey. Derive Minor & Major Scales from basic pentatonic positions 1. Learn the positions 1 + 4 of the minor pentatonic and learn the intervals by heart - these are 1 b3 4 5 b7. The root note is marked red on the graphics. 2. Learn the posistions 1 + 4 of the major pentatonics. The trick is - they are exactly the same patterns on the fretboard - you just need to move the pattern down 3 frets, redefine the root note ( marked red ) and learn the new intervals 1 2 3 5 6 by heart. 3. Minor Scale - check the intervals. The new notes are marked red here : 1 2 b3 4 5 b6 b7. The grid of the pattern of the minor pentatonic remains - just add the 2 new notes. 4. Major Scale - check the intervals. The new notes are marked red here : 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 The grid of the pattern of the minor pentatonic remains - just add the 2 new notes. Additional 2 minor scales ( Harmonic & Melodic Minor ) 1. Harmonic Minor Scale - check the intervals and compare it with the minor scale. The new note compared with the minor scale is marked red. 1 2 b3 4 5 b6 7 2. Melodic Minor Scale - this one is not used often but good to know. It's a mix between minor and major scales. You can derive it either from the minor scale where you have to change 2 notes ( marked red ) 1 2 b3 4 5 6 7 or from the major scale where you have to change 1 note ( marked red ) 1 2 b3 4 5 6 7 Submitter admin Submitted 04/07/2023 Category Theory & Exercises

Guitar Practice Notes, Files and Thoughts
Currently I am working a lot on sounds, playing techniques with sounds, expressions of notes with sounds just to make the guitar sound unique and that I have the ability to express each note like a singer would do. Which vibrato fits to which pickup, delay, reverb and amp setting. It's quite a work but I feel like this is a next step to my personal development of guitar playing. When you look back to the history of guitar players it was those players which had their unique sound embedded in their playing style which stayed even though there are in fact many great guitar players on this planet. This is what I am currently working on and it's really exciting...
