Hey guys, I just bought a 7 string guitar to expand my possibilities of sound and expression. I will soon make some video's or recordings with it. My question is would you guys be interested to follow the journey with the 7 string guitar yourself with your own 7 string guitar. I just ask here in the HPCrazy students club and not on YouTube anymore. It's about time that members of the HPCrazy Students Club get a benefit of being here and part of the community. Let me know what your thoughts are about the 7 string guitar - or maybe you have some other idea's to share.

Composing Royalities Reading my royality report by Swiss composer association SUISA I see a huge rise of usage of my music internationaly. Somehow the Google cooperation used my music very often and as it seems also Netflix in one case. Thats really cool. I got signed by a LA music library like 10 years ago and it looks like the music from that library made the way to those huge companies. I love to be a composer and back in 2008 - 2012 I really pushed it hard to get into that buisness but the competition is huge since it is international. I got quite successful back in these days with many placements in Swiss TV and also ABC, BBC and many other broadcasting companies but somehow I thought the effort to get there is too big for what you get and then I decided to push for the HPCrazy YouTube channel which took off really fast in 2012 - 2015. The royalities from my composing area are still coming and I think I will try to make some free time againg for my composing. It has been a while since I produced music.

In Peace ( Cinematic Spanish Guitar Waltz ) The waltz is the musical expression of eternity. The music moves all around in circles. So this original of mine is an expression of a meditativ spanish guitar waltz. This was the first cinematic composition I have done since quit a while and I am really happy with the result. To give the nylon guitar this dreamy and expressiv touch I often work with a high quality cathedral reverb and some reverse delay set on the beat on the tune. 80's Rock Balade Guitar Riff This is a great rock balade guitar riff which I created back in 2006 and that moment of creation was a moment of magic. It's an open string riff in the key of C#m and has to be played with sweep picking. It seems slow and easy but to make it sound smooth and fluent some practice work is needed. Therefore please pay attention to my instructions. At the end of the tutorial I give you some tips and tricks to play melodic to this track and how to create an awesome vibrato with your guitar tone. Hey Ot, thanks for your nice words. Which was the tutorial you found the other morning ? Was it the Autumne Leaves one ? Yes that ons is really nice and you can approach it with little knowledge of jazz or a lot of knowledge of jazz. I love that you use the guitar practice as a meditation practice. It's the same for me - and that's the right approach which helps a lot to connect many things and also to the guitar. Thats a good thing that you mention that. I could do a tutorial on that subject again. And cool that you started guitar in a bit " higher " age. In music there are no restrictions - so go for it.
