In already 10 days I will play my next guitar night as a livestream from the HPCrazy Studio's in Egg ZH ( Switzerland ) I made a break since a longer time because I am in the process of redefining my personal guitar style. Here are the reasons and my thoughts. Farbmusik : I invested a lot of creative energy into the development of my farbmusik project und to bring to a working local concert series which is not as easy as one might think. We are now in the 3rd year now and slowly we are getting somewhere. There my guitar style is clear - colors and melodies which come along with my compositions. The new young guitarist generation : Players like Matteo Mancuso or Josh Maeder and also others like Tim Henson or Marcin which are absolutly fantastic and extremly skilled players have influenced my hearing expections of how guitar shall sound so much that am in a process of redefining my playing style under the influence of such great players. And I am working on this since 2 years and slowy I feel I am getting ready to perform my newer stlye which is still my style but with these new elements. So am starting with lifestreams as a way to get life playing experience with it and then to move further.
