This course will take into the world of the " Guitar Touch Technique " which was invented by Stanley Jordan and many other players followed. Stanley Jordan used a different tuning and others work with a damper which makes the tapping easier at first sight but I decided to develop my version of the Guitar Touch Technique which uses a standard tuning and no additional equipment. This way you can switch between this great new technique and your regular playing technique so that the " Guitar Touch Technique " is a great addition to your playing abilities and does not alter your ways of playing guitar. Hey guys, here's now the newletter of January 25. First of all - HAPPY NEW YEAR to everybody. Thanks for your support and interest in the past years - may many more follow. In general I have continued the process to pull all traffic of my many websites and profiles to this website here. This is now a first jazz guitar recording. This is a spontanious improvisation ( sight reading ) to the tune " On The Sunny Side Of The Street ". I wanted the tune to sound sweet and groovy. Even I did the improvisation with sight reading I am quite happy with the result because it sounds fresh and curious. I liked to do this slight " detune " effect with bendings on the highlighted notes of the melody.
