While creating a new rock backing track CD I recorded myself giving a first shot on this great new track in 12/8 - I was always very interested in Steve Vai's shred style and I have a feeling that somehow I am pretty much in this direction even I am playing without any whammy bar.

This is a song from my inofficial catalog. It is called " In a dream " and combines an industrial beat, with parts of colourmusic in a dramatic way. I really payed attention to the development of the guitars. First is on guitar, then two and finally a third guitar creating this great choir of guitars. I got this idea from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart creating the choir of " Figaro " For me this kind of dramatic music really is a main expression and a lot of songs which I start somehow go in this direction even I can not really use them in my official catalog of music. But to tell the truth this is one of my most honest inner voices when it comes to pure dramatic expression.

I personally think this is the best blues I ever played in my entire career.
