Here you can learn the song " Santa Claus Is Coming To Town ". There are many versions of this song around. I have decided to make the jazz guitar version so this tutorial includes 3 parts now. First I will show you the melody which is really simple. In the 2nd part I show you the jazz chords which I created for you. Those ones are not so easy but quite simple and in the 3rd part I give you some tips and tricks on how you can make a solo to this wonderful tune.

Hey guys, I wanted to share more background information on the production of any jazz production. These are jazz guitar recordings in the near future and all jazz backing tracks since 2021. I want them to sound as authentic as possible so they are all using the original reverb setting of the center on the birdland café in New York to give it a really authentic vibe as sitting in that club. You can listen to this file here where I used that method :

Emotional Rock Guitar Balade - Gary Moore Style Here I play an original recording ( 1st take ) of an emotional rock instrumental. I wanted to share this video - even though it's not perfect because my philosophy is to catch the perfect moment for a song and I thought I caught the perfect moment for this recording here. I have done quite some work in the background. Thanks to our member @medikon who gave me the right tips to make a proper SEO optimiziation. This will now hopefully drive more traffic here to the HPCrazy Guitar Academy and to let this community grow more. The more interaction here among the members the better. The exchange with other students is also an important part of the learning process on guitar. If you want to contribute something and you own a website you can also add a link here to the HPCrazy Guitar Academy or just share it to any guitar community you think would be interested. Thanks again for the help. 🙂

Also listen to this wonderful recording - the vocal solo is also very nice.

Hey guys - somebody asked to make a tutorial about this song. And I love it - well I knew it but totaly forgot it.

Guitar Secrets - Emotional Softrock If you want to carry a instrumental softrock tune over 3 minutes you need to learn to create a theme, make variations of the theme and interact with the arrangement or in short words you need to make music and let your guitar sing in a way which touches the hearts of your audience. You love such songs from artists like Gary Moore, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and many others. The system is always the same. I share with you my experiences of many years of professional guitar playing and professional composing. Playing live is also composing - I call it instant composing.

Hey Kris, wow thats an old tutorial 🙂 no sorry - I checked my archive but this backing track seemed to be just a working file which I deleted after the video.

Thanks for the reminder didn't see that post. 🙂

Hey guys, x-mas time is approaching. So better start early to learn your x-mas song - this one is real fun and easy to play. Tabs and backing track are available for Premium Members. Here's how the original sounds. A wonderful version by José Feliciano - by the way a great guitar player even he does not play so much guitar here.

Thats not possible since I don't have the arrangment of this song anymore. But in general I think it would be possible - but since this is off topic I can not invest my time for that.

Ah now I get it what you are talking about - that should work on any guitar. Do can not break your guitar - well depends how strong you do that. But with normal pressure nothing should happen. You can also do that effect with your whammy bar - maybe it's just a matter of practice. But I can only tell if you see what you are talking about.

Hey Kris, that sounds cool maybe you can make a video and share exactly what you are doing 🙂 It does not need to be perfect - just to get the idea 🙂

You are welcome 🙂

Moonglow ( Benny Goodman Quartet ) Here you can learn the chords, the melody and some improvisation tips and tricks of the recording of Benny Goodman's " Moonglow " from 1936. I arranged this classic classic jazz for guitar.
