I want to share this recording I did in 2014. It was an extra ordinary moment where the blues just came out of my fingers and these are those moments one should keep recorded.

For the Jazz - Fans among you. I am starting to prepare this wonderful classic song " Moonglow " by Benny Goodman and I am working out a version for you which goes along with the original song. The chords are really hard - I need to practice them myself a bit - but it's possible to play a wonderful version with some practice. Here is the original song :

I want to share my experience from yesturdays concert a bit. Yesturday was really flowing wonderful and I felt music going through me in an original way. When I improvise on piano it sometimes ( often ) happens that things are created instantly in a way they never were before. And this concert - maybe due to the lunar ecplise was flowing really nice and wonderful. Some tunes were pure originals which I don't even remember now - thats the how music should be. Catch the moment of a situation and transfer it into music.

Cold Shot ( SRV ) - Guitar LessonHere you can learn how to play the song Cold Shot by Stevie Ray Vaughan. It's basically a normal blues in the key of Ab. Since SRV tuned down his guitar to Eb he plays the tune in the 5th fret in the original. I show a version in the 4th fret on a normal tuned guitar. The solo is pretty hard since you need to keep the rhythm going since the band contains only drum, bass and guitar.
