This tutorial is for all rock guitar players out there who want to become really steady rhythm machines such as Malcolm Young or Mike Whiteford's of Aerosmith. Having a real steady and tight Rock Rhythm guitar means that you involve your whole body into the Rhythm while you're playing and that you are counting the beats 1 2 3 4 consciously. So this tutorial is about how to do you train your whole body in your whole system to play rock chords with a typical rock technique and moving your foot to the beat and counting and having the whole system going simultaneously. Some exercises seem like to be total beginner exercises but if you have never done this to exercises before and you are an intermediate or even a pro guitar player you really need to have those exercise done properly. I can only speak of my own experience that I underestimated those exercises a lot when I just left my music University and I learned the hard way but if you haven't done the basics right you are not able to play complex stuff tight and in the proper timing. So just go through those exercise I'm showing you and if you're able to do all of them properly and all in different tempo’s then you don't have to do these exercises anymore. You can learn a smooth latin minor blues on guitar. The musical form is basically a minor blues in the key of C minor by having a 12 bar blues : You can see the chords in the form below. This is a method of meditation where I strengthen my immune system. I've been doing this kind of visualization technique which I am showing you here for a long time in my life and for me it always worked as a great add to normal health routines. The technique is very simple. It works with a visualization of your own silhouette by closing your eyes I'm concentrating on your breath. Try to visualize your silhouette and send light through it. Sunlight is pretty much the color which works best for this but you can choose the one with you like most. concentrate on your breath and the visualization. If you see any dark spots or darker areas in your silhouette try to make them lighter by sending light through it by your thoughts and visualizing technique. Sometimes it needs some concentration to make those aereas lighter and sometimes it takes several attempts of this meditation and visualization technique to permanently make those spots lighter or completely disappear. The music with your hearing in this video is the color yellow and should help you and support you in this visualization technique. I have been several years on research and personal experience on this technique in combination with the music and for me it always worked. I found that now is the time to share my knowledge to everybody who is interested but please don't take this as a all over technique which work for everything and use it as an additional tool in your health routine. Make your own experience on this technique and and try how it works best for you. What I can contribute is that the music you're hearing is part of my research which I did in colors. yes Led Zeppelin is not so easy as many think because there are a lot of complex figures and rhythms in there. Social Distortion sound more straight ahead so it's easier to play.

We don't really know if this song is dedicated to Billie Holiday or his agent Billie Shaw or even his secretary Billy Miller. I think in these crazy times music is a good tool to find balance again and thats one of my current goals in creating video's for you out there.
