Here I am talking about typical Rockabilly Guitar. If you learn the Intro of Chuck Berry's Johnny B. Good then you already know all what is needed For you I show the first part of it here again and show you how you can create an entire solo only using the material you have learnt from there. On the rhythm guitar it is essential that you have the accent and the foot which counts the timing on 2 and 4. Imagine that when you play on 190 Bpm you can not count 1 2 3 4 anymore :-) http://w…

This step was nessessary on the one hand because of some technical issues, since the system of the school does not allow any HTML5 videos execpt YouTube videos and on the other hand it is a vital step now that I start to do open promotion on YouTube since the number of subcribers has become very low since I have left guitartricks.com. The main changes are the following : Reorganization of my YouTube channel - there will now be more teaching videos and regular updates + funshow " talk to my guitar " http://www.youtube.c...om?feature=mhee -…

The topic of this lesson is a shuffle blues in the key of E in a medium tempo in the SRV style. There are some spezific problems which have to be reviewed. Like the sound, the way of playing and the licks which work best. These are mostly double stop licks and combinations of them with chords, the rhythm guitar and some single note lines. The sound I have used is created with the AXE FX II – a marshall 800 with some delay on it and thats it. You can use any kind of medium distortion on your amp the playing technique makes the difference. The progression is : E / A / E / E A / A / E / E B / A / E / B Get the lesson : http://www.hanspeterkruesi.com/guitarschoo…
