Here you find a cool straight blues guitar riff in the key of E. But it's not really the key - since the chords are E7 / D7 / A7 / B7alt. So you mix the solo with mixolydian ideas and E minor blues pentatonic to make it sound great. I wrote one example how you can mix the modes and create a great and rich sound with only a few notes. The backing track is an original of mine. These files are associated to this tutorial :

Here you find the tabs of some adaptiv blues guitar double stops. They follow the chords of the progression of the backing track which is : Bb7 / Eb7 / Bb7 / Eb7 This technique is called " voice leading ". The cool thing is that mostly you only have to change one note to follow the chord which makes it sound great. There are also chord examples which work with a very nice voice leading technique following the chords. These files are associated to this tutorial :

Here you find some tabs and the backing of a slow blues in G which help you to work on your timing skills on any slow blues. This is challenging for many players since the tempo is very slow with 40bpm and the backing track with an extended form and only with drum and bass. Here you find some basic timing exercises where you can practice your timing in shuffle blues guitar. This one is in the key of A and using the very standard blues form. It is very important that you practice this with your foot on 2 & 4 - that's the main goal and that's why the rest seems to be so simple. You can practice this either just with your foot or if you want some " help " with the backing track. These files are associated to this tutorial :

This is an advanced slow blues guitar arrangement in the key of G. Even the track is very slow is an avanced blues guitar task due to the nature of the slow speed, which requires a good timing and the mixture of lead guitar and blues guitar chords. But for sure it's also a great challenge for any intermediate blues guitar player. The backing track is only drum and bass to give you the full creative space on guitar. Here you find a great blues guitar exercise to learn to work with the form of any blues. This one is a bit an unusual form which shall engage you to really learn to count the bars during playing. In the first part the regular form is played with a riff which you need to learn by heart and you need to learn whatever you play that this form always is also in your mind during playing. The 2nd part is a Play - Rest exercise. You improvise something with the E minor pentatonic for one bar and then you play the riff which comes at that spot of the form of this blues. It's easier when you first just learn the examples I wrote for you. The 3rd part is the opposite exercise with Rest - Play. There is an audio track of the tabs for you to help you to keep track on the entire exercise and the backing track is added too. It's only drum and bass so you really need to know in your mind where exactly in the form you are. Counting the bars helps at the beginning. The more you dive into the topic the more you should be able to feel where exactly you are in that blues form. These files are associated to this tutorial here :

But it works best on the I / IV progression in any blues progression. These files are associated to this tutorial here :
