  1. A beautiful and relaxing piece. Mrs Blue sounds gorgeous ,thank you HP
  2. Thanks HP a lot of things have clicked into place with this lesson for some reason. Love the PRS by the way and your cat!
  3. Hi HP Another nice drop D riff to work on thanks. How is the 7 string coming on? Can I recommend a brilliant English guitarist, Dave Simpson and his power trio he has his own You tube channel and is worth checking out> Cheers HP back to the riff.
  4. Hi HP Treated myself to a beautiful new guitar for the new year, a Greg Bennett Ultramatic UM-3 in orange sunburst for 225 euro, together with my Harley Benton 550 LP I have two guitars of quality build and finish with superb playability at bargain prices. Both highly recommended. Cheers JazzJoop
  5. Hi HP A Happy New Year to you. Hoping you have a better one. Pleased the academy is a success learning from you is a pleasure. Cheers JazzJoop
  6. Hi HP Very nice. Another great riff to crank up the amp and upset the wife! Cheers JazzJoop
  7. Hi HP Nice to see some slide guitar ideas, your range of tuition is immense and allows a great choice. Having gravitated away from playing 3 string cigar box guitar to the six string I used a bottle neck regularly. I have a kit-built Firebird I use solely for slide playing. One question are you in drop D or open D tuning for this? many many thanks for the inspiration.
  8. Hi HP Just discovered this tutorial, very helpful and well explained. Burning the midnight oil learning from this. Yet another fantastic lesson. Cheers Jazzjoop
  9. Hi HP This is simply beautiful I keep going back to this and am learning bit by bit, It would be great to see tabs even just for the opening few bars to get a head start. Thanks for the great lessons your teaching style is very personnel.
  10. Liking this a lot, enjoy playing in drop D and appreciate your drop D tutorials. With the pedal board I built I can pretty much emulate Dr Pinks tone. On another subject have you come across a band of 3 young sisters from Mexico, "The Warning" very talented and with a good team behind them they are making waves on the rock scene. Well worth a listen. Cheers
  11. Another excellent lesson easy to understand and follow. I am not a natural musician and have to work hard to achieve results. Your tuition is the best by far that I have discovered online and since joining you I have learnt so much and I am thoroughly enjoying playing now. I will look at becoming a premier member very shortly. Thanks HP for enabling me to enjoy playing my guitars with a growing level of skill. Keep up the good work, cheers
  12. "While my guitar gently weeps" thoughts are with you.
