Here's an intense slow rock riff played with a drop D tuning as a double trouble version ( only guitar, bass and drums ). The riff is pretty brewing and the improvisation is based on modal interchange with the modes, aeolian, phyrgian, phyrgian nat. 3 and minor penatonics.
