Learn Guitar Mediation in the HPCrazy Guitar Academy. In the Guitar Meditation Tutorials you can learn how to play the guitar and meditation techniques I have developed. The focus is on simple melody and chord sequences which have a repetitive character and are therefore suitable to get into a meditative state while playing. The basis of the Guitar Meditation Technique lies in the so-called Farbmusik. Farbmusik is a form of music developed by me which works with visualisation techniques, breathing techniques and meditative improvisation techniques. These are shown in the Meditation Guitar.
