Premium Membership Subscriptions - Cancel / Renew / Manual Payment

I often get contacted how subscriptions can be canceled or renewed. So here all Information which are needed :

First of all if you haven't selected the automatic renewal on PayPal there is no automatic subscription. In this case there is nothing to do.

Pay Pal

Cancel Pay Pal Subscription

If you selected the automatic renewal of your subscription you can cancel it either on the subscription page : https://www.hanspeterkruesi.com/members/subscriptions/

There is a small link with " cancel " - click on that and follow the instructions.

or to make sure you can log into your PayPal account and check if the subscription got cancelled - if not you can cancel it there.

IMPORTANT : I am not responsible for automatic renewals of the subscriptions on PAYPAL if you forgot to cancel it in your personal PayPal account. There will be no refunds if you have forgotten to cancel your subscription and got charged automatically by PayPal.

Renew Subscription

If you want to renew your subscription you go to the same page again https://www.hanspeterkruesi.com/members/subscriptions/

Now click on the subscription of your choice or in some case this does not work then click on the small link with " renew " - click on that and follow the instructions.

Credit Card ( Stripe )

Stripe is only available in around 30 countries. There is no automatic renewal system. If you want to renew your subscription just go with the invoice created by this website here.

Manual Payment

If you want to do a manual payment by bank transfer please only do this with yearly subscriptions because I have to upgrade your account manually. The transfer data will be displayed at the end of the subscription process and it normally takes up to 2-4 business days till your money arrives and I can upgrade your account.

Refunds

The system is very fair for everybody. You can view the video's and use the search system here for free. Only the tabs, backing tracks and blogs are available for premium members. Therefore there are no refunds for premium memberships because any member can know if the system works for them or not before the purchase.
