Hey guys,

here I will post updates which come in the HPCrazy Guitar Academy. So here are the current updates :

1. Guitar Secrets - I have renamed the Guitar Techniques into this new name and there will some amazing stuff coming in the very near future with this new title.

2. SEO Improvment - I did not do so much for Google optimization for this website here. But I started with it as a first step which a much easier navigation for you guys. BTW - it you run a website - any link to the HPCrazy Guitar Academy is much apprechiated.

3. Livestreaming - The livestreaming somehow is still in the beta phase - I have change the software now to OBS and I will be working it out that announced livestreams will in fact show up there where they are announced. This seems to be a much bigger problem then I thought.

The site guidelines are now totaly updated due to the new laws of data transparency. Well not much has changed - you find the relevant part which is updated under 6 in the guidelines.

There is now a new payment gateway where you can pay with creditcard. It is powered by stripe.com.

I don't know how it works at the moment. So if any of you want to be the first tester please let me know. If something goes wrong I will give you a refund.

Now we ran through a first payment with the Creditcard gateway today. It was in fact not working at first but now all should be fine.

If you choose this payment gateway and run into problems please let me know.

Here's now a brand new feature in the Guitar Academy - The Premiem Member Blog section. I always wanted to have an exclusive section only for premium members and here it is. Read more about it here :

Here's now a first test on the brand new " Blog " feature. That's the way you can share your progress and your difficulties to the " Premium Member " community.

 

I have redefined the " Award " section here and it is called " Courses " now and there you find courses which help you to get through your choosen level and genre.

Very cool...when I'm ready I will definitely go for it in Blues. Then maybe classic rock.

I have updated the " Site Guidelines " on point 3. I have added the " no refunds " policy due to the first case I had today. I will explain here more in detail.

Every student can find out for free if the system works for them or not. With the premium membership you get the backing tracks, tabs and blog feature and support that the video's are free for everybody. If somebody purchases a premium membership they can download all in one day and then ask for a refund. I don't think that is fair - so am not willing to give a refund. The other point is, that it creates additional administrativ work.

But in this case I gave it since the rule did not exists till now.

The sheer amount and quality of content is more than worth the cost of a membership. The community is a bonus. Your rule is more than fair.

If you are a Guitar Beginner - then this is the part which brings you step by step with a various set of exercises to an intermediate guitar playing level. The first 6 - 12 months are hard for any guitar beginner because there are many things which have to be repeated all the time till one is able to perform them on the guitar. These exercises are meant to keep you motivated even if you need to repeat many things over and over again.

This is not a real Guitar Academy update but I have devided the Farbmusik section and the Farbmusik Meditation section into just Farbmusik and the section of Farbmusik specific for meditation and healing.

The Guitar Courses are now displayed on the front page. In general the focus here in the academy will be set more to the courses.

I have reordered the front page and now the guitar courses are highlighted since this is a main strategy in the guitar academy to offer more guidance in your learnprocess.

The Farbmusik Meditation club has now change to the Farbmusik Community club - therefore will be amazing new things coming in the future.

 

There is a major update of this website on it's way. One thing which will change for sure is that you can only login with your registered email adress and not use your display name anymore.

If you are unsure which email you have registered please check it out and start logging in with that one. In a while this will be the only way to login on this website.

Action Required : Prepare for a major update !

There is a major update on this website coming in the next few days or weeks. For all users the main thing which will change is that you only can log in with your registered email adress, so make sure you switch your log in process now by using your email instead of your username. 

At the moment both is possible if you forgot your registered email.

I have now proceeded this major update.

Now the upgrade is completed.

What is completly new is that the navigation bar is now on the sidebar if you access this site with a computer or tablet. Now all main departments and sections of this site can be seen very fast which shall make the navigation way easier.

This is now the concept how this site will keep on running in the next and long lasting future. It might take a few minutes till you get familiar with the new navigation but once you learned it you will see the great benefit of it.
