Sad news: Eddie Van Halen has succumbed to his battle with cancer this morning. 2020 has to be one of the worst years ever...RIP Eddie

Yes I read it in the newspaper - another legend on guitar has left us. I thought about doing a tutorial about Eddie but I think there are already enough around. RIP - thanks for your work and inspiration for us guitar lovers.

I agree - he is a really awesome guitar player!  Playing so fast without a pick- it is really incredible stuff.  I especially liked "The Chicken".

This guy is really good - a mixture between Larry Carton and Robben Ford. The blues reminded me a lot to Robben Ford also the tone. And it's really great with the finger picking I must say.

"The Chicken"

That tune is  played at every jamsession here in Zürich. I think I should make a tutorial about that one. Always planed to do it - but was stuck in technical changements of the HPCrazy Guitar Academy.

Depends how you play it. Here in Zürich this is one of the most overused tunes at jamsessions. 😄

Gotcha HP...I should have said the way the guitarist plays in this song reminds me of Allan Holdsworth’s style...
