Blues Chord Improvisation

When it comes to Blues chord improvisation everybody would love to be completely free and to improvise with some really cool chords and ideas. In this example I am using chords of the Slow Blues by Mick Taylor. This riff contains 4 chords : E7 A7 / G¦A B7 First I analyze the chords and then the rhythm and then create some simple ideas on which you can develop during your chord improvisation. The trick to any chords improvisation is that you always refer to the original riff by chords and rhythm. You always have to keep the musical form going on in your improvisation even if you only play a very few notes as I am also showing you here in this tutorial.
