This is one of the older songs of Farbmusik - it's the color " blue " - This one is in the key of G. Here some expression and addtional information which match to this color :

Quote

Blue is a harmonic and light color, which also can have the shading of width. The typical picture for it is the sky with no or only a few clouds. But I also love the blue which you sometimes can see in combination with arctic ice or ocean water. In both cases that blue you are seeing is a reflextion of the sky. Related expression for blue are :

Water, sky, peace, wave, endless, ice, longing.

For blue I developed different composing techniques and keys. The main blue key is G which is outstanding for blue. Other keys are A, E and D minor. Any form of harmonic progressions work great. You can use any mid - tempo harmonic beat for blue. Pads should have mid and higher frequences and contain sweeps.

When it comes to improvisation it is recommended to work with visualizations of the color. If you are an experienced player try to play everything with closed eyes and to visualize the selected color. Your emotional intention and expression has a major impact on the played color.
