It really has been a long time since my last blog entry. Wow the last one was at the beginning of July 12. There was the summer break and I have a lot of personal things to work out how I will continue my entire system. I had a terrible cold for more then 3 months. 2 months I was more or less home and too weak to do more then the minimum of my duties in my schedules. Illness is always a sign that something is wrong in the entire system so I took this time to think about many things and I have found my answers in personal and professional life now. So I will share some of my findings and my activities during this time here in my blog.
Live activities
I have played many concerts and shows during this time. So I was practicing a lot since I was playing different kind of music at every concert. There were a few Farbmusik concerts. One was the first live broadcasted concert from our live streaming studio in Egg. Since this was the very first concert which we broadcasted there were various technical difficulties which occurred during this live performance. So I was not really happy about the result. I wanted to have a perfect concert, prepared a lot that all sounds should be perfect but somehow many things went wrong. After the concert we had team meeting and checked out all mistakes which happened and the next concert 2 weeks later worked out fine. You have an impression here. I was playing with a jazz band and I had a lot of fun since I only play Jazz once a year with this band. Have a look here to this very rare occasion :
I really enjoyed this time with all these live activities. I was totally focused on this and my preparations and practice work on the guitar. I was playing like 4 -8 hours daily again and it felt great. I have not done this for years and reminded me where my true passion in music was for the most time of my musician life. And it was not a accident that I was invited to a Steve Vai concert in Zürich. I always loved his kind of spiritual approach to music and found a lot of accordance in his philosophies and thought about music and life but I never have seen him playing life. And I must tell you it was a real initial happening for me. I really could feel his vibe and energy behind music and the kind of mission he is going for. And I felt that this is very near to what I am going for. So I went home totally inspired and with a new vision what my musical life shall be in the future. I did not release any CD anymore since 2010. Before I released about 22 CD's I guess but after 2010 where I released 8 CD's I was so empty and nothing new came up. I also felt that my mission I had in music was lost. This changed in that night were I saw Steve Vai live. Thanks Steve even when we don't know us personally :-)

I have relaunched my website http://www.hpcrazy.com in August 12 as a experiment and to try to get my lost inspiration back. This website is connected very much to my YouTube channel which more or less was there since 2006 but I never took it serious. But amazing even that I did not take it serious I have 600 subscribers and nearly 500000 views. So I thought that my YouTube channel connected with my website will be my voice in the internet for the future. Work already has begun. Currently there are 2 parts. The lesson of the month and the " Talk to my guitar " show. So you have a new video every two weeks. Later we will add parts from the live broadcasting from our studio in Egg. We are still working on the last technical updates. A 2nd camera will be installed in these days and from then on it will be like a TV studio and we are looking forward to this great add to the whole HPCRAZY.COM concept. And I must say a big thank you to Richard who has payed all this. Without his financial help this never would have been possible. Now we a full professional TV studio ready to go in the next weeks. Thanks to him my year long dream of my own T-Shirt will come true. THE T-shirt with the slogan " I don't look crazy but I am ". We hired Saskia Böhm as a designer. She is really fantastic and did many projects with me in the past and also designed the current concert poster for my big concert on Jan 12 in the big church in Egg. http://www.farbmusik.com/live.htm
Even that this T-shirt is not out now and in the hands of Saskia's abbilities I already have many preorders now. For all those who are interested in having this T-shirt. I will be shipped international and the price will be more symbolic. Preorders can be sent to [email protected]
