I have finally started composing again. Here is now my first work. A very spontaneous dark blue meditative piece with Spanish guitar and a meditative synth ostinato. The piece leads through the color " dark blue " and is over 10min long. The idea of the meditative music creation is that you yourself go into a meditative state during the recording. So all 3 tracks of this piece are so called " First Take " and so the production of this piece took only 40min. From my experience these are always the best results. This is a spontanious recording which I have done between the video shoot of a guitar tutorial and a online guitar lesson. It's a rock guitar ballad in the ballpark of Gary Moore or Joe Satriani and I am improvising the color " dark blue ". Here I play a wonderful bluesy version of the song " What A Wonderful World " by Louis Armstrog. I already did a few other version of this guitar cover, but I really love this bluesy vibe with slight distorition and I brought in the color " indigo " into this arrangement to make it more emotional.
