About Me

I'm a bit of a late starter when it comes to guitar. At the end of 2021 I decided learn to play the guitar. I could play chords and strum along to songs that I liked but I wanted to learn to improvise and to solo. This meant that I had to learn some theory, scales, modes, notes on the fretboard, etc...

I had taken some piano lessons, so I knew a bit about music theory and I had learn to play a bit of blues on the piano. I had also learned about the Pentatonic scale.

Learning to play the guitar (and any musical instrument) is like learning a new language. I had been interested in learning Spanish, Italian or German, but now I'm happy to be learning Music and Guitar. Music is a Universal language.

To be continued...
