Here you find some exercises to work on your rock guitar timing with discipline. Learn all the timing figures which are available starting from the whole, half, quarter, 8th, 16th and sextole note and try to work with them in your soloing. The backing track is only 65 bpm so it should be possible to work out all figures with discipline and in one row.
