    Here you can learn, the chord, the melody and some easy improvisation tricks which come along with the popular jazzstandard " Blue Bossa ". I have seleceted a smooth jazz style but all goes with the original Bossa Nova style. Here are the chords : C-7 / C-7 / F-7 / F-7 D-7b5 / G7b13 / C-7 / C-7 Eb-7 / Ab13 / Dbmaj9 / Dbmaj9 D-7b5 / G7b13 / C-7 / Dm--7b5 G7b13 blue bossa.mp3 Blue Bossa.pdf

Hey Otman, I sorry to hear that but it is a common problem of many students. The main reason for not reaching the nessessary speed is in fact the lack of continous technical practicing which is normal when one has a job, a familly and other things to do. But there is also a softer approach on playing kind of fast and smooth. I will make a tutorial about this. But if you really want to do those runs - then do those exercises you said - but more then a month. It has to be a daily routine. So figure out how much time you can invest daily into that and then just start it slow. There is no reason for stress. Just do the exercises. I probably also will make a tutorial about that.
