It was really about time that I overworked the entire website now and made the whole thing as compact and cooperate identity look style as possible. Now I am proud to announce that the new website is online now. Check : http://www.hanspeterkruesi.com The idea was always to pull all my services and all my work to one website and now it's done. One of the main hard tasks was that there are in fact so many services and projects. They are still all out there but all roads and links will now lead to this website here. This important update is also part of my new strategy I worked on since more than one year to free myself from all social media plattforms. I don't believe that they will have a consistant future as they had in the past. Many users are upset by them changing community guidelines all the time only for their advantage and the abuse of there personal data on this plattforms. Here on this website your personal data is completly save and will never be used for something else then the monthly newsletter and you can completly delete your data anytime. Also digital music distribution is overgoing dramatic changes. Spotify announced that only artists over 1000 streams per song will get any royalities payed out. Then earning of the artists which are below that will go to the bigger artists. That's something I can not support anymore. And there are now more and more restrictions for artist who want to distribute there music in Spotify and other plattforms. I will do special edition distribution here on this website - for music which is not allowed in the official stores anymore or just because I want to make my music faster available for users. So this is a major shift in my online and digital strategies. And as a personal note - when Facebook and co came up I knew this would not lead to something good and it was in fact a mistake to spend so much time keeping up on social media strategies. In these days the situation has changed so much that the ammount of time you have to spend to reach as much people as before as exceeded a healthy balance in the workflow. So this website is now my personal anwser to the developments which started to go in the wrong direction since 2018.

iTunes Link RED Los Lobos - This a genre which I truely love. Its the combination of electronic music with flamenco guitar played in a dramatic manner. Fire - A very dynamic song with some really strong flamenco elements and a powerful guitar. In the middle of the song a piano gets into a dialogue with the guitar. Lost in Madrid - This is again an electronic & industrial song with some dramatic soundscapes and flamenco guitar. Freedom - This is a composition which makes me very proud. Its my first orchestral composition with some great dramatic tones and electric guitars. Dark Blue Coming Home - One of my very favorite songs in the color dark blue. Some wonderful guitars in combination with piano and strings. Powergeneration 2 - One of my personal favorites in the industrial genre. I just love this dark mood with the very melancolic guitar creating this special mood. Electronic Flight - A wonderful electronic track with a repeating theme. Dramatic Sports 2 - Again my favorite composing style in the industrial genre with dark and melancolic soundscapes and electric guitars. Violet Dieu - A wonderful violet song with some voices. Searching - This is a non typical electronic composition. I love the combination between the electronics elements and the choir and accoustic guitar in the middle part. Religion - And again my favorite composing technique. Very dramatic. Pictures of Life - A violet song which is the door to heaven.

This CD represents a full " Farbmusik " concert where I first play the colours red, orange, yellow, green, lightblue, blue and violett and then I play 5 Songs in the add-on. Red, yellow, green, darkblue and violett. The stilistic range of my piano playing is around Keith Jarett, Brad Mehldau, Michel Petrucciani, Philip Glass, Michael Nyman but with my unique concept of playing colours. I am very proud that after playing many concerts my piano playing came on a new level were I felt it was time to release a new CD. HPCRAZY – Blues City Blues City is a small and dusty town in the ancient wild wild west. There are several characters living there and some different situations and scenes happening which are described through the music. Hanspeter Kruesi ( HPCRAZY ) is a Swiss pro guitarist which has the ability to draw pictures with his music and his guitar. Inspired through movies by Quentin Tarantino movies he created and realized this project. Creating emotions through polarities is one of his favorite method in telling stories with music. As a well-respected composer for Swiss TV and international TV Channels, Hanspeter gave " Blues City " the touch of a wild west movie with some unusual pictures and stories. Even Hanspeter is a guitar virtuoso, being popular for many years as online guitar instructor world wide on guitartricks.com or gibson.com to name 2 of the companies he worked with. Blues City was never meant to be a pure guitar feature album. The pictures and emotions are what always have been in the focus of Hanspeter's artistic work. Wild Wild West Welcome to the ancient wild wild west. We are riding through the wide landscape of Arizona. Mountain Cowboys We are meeting some friends at the campfire and enjoying the wonderful mountains which we are surrounded. Drunken Snake in the Dessert Travelling against south we are getting into the dessert. It is very dry – slowly we are approaching Blues City. From far we can see a snake which comes out of a bar – the snake is totally drunk and crawling through the sand with a terrible headache and totally dizzy. Suddenly 40 riders approach very fast and in an instant one horse steps on the head of the snake – and it is dead. The Horse The horse which hit the snake now stand around it and does not know what to say. It is very old and dusty and has kind of crazy eyes. That the horse has killed the snake makes it totally depressive and so it gets out the guitar and plays the blues. Unemployee Pier As we are approaching Blues City we pass a small little lake where you can see a pier. It is a know hangout for all unemployed people in town. There they hang around the whole day doing nothing, smoking, drinking and fishing. Even they do nothing they have a great time smoking that funny weed which is growing near that lake and laughing all the time. The Church The 40 Riders are entering Blues City – suddenly they hear the bell of the church ringing. The notice that it is Sunday and time to go to church. So the enter the church and start to feel the spirit of Gospel and God. Reverend Carter Now Reverend Carter enters the church. He is known in Blues City as a man who tries to do good but mostly he faileds because of whiskey and cheap women. But he has a fast shooting hand and sometimes he is successful to defend the right of the weak and poor because he is a mean as his enemies. Grandma's Apple Pie After church people leave the church when they suddenly get a wonderful smell in there noses. Its grandma's apple pie which she put on the window ledge to let it cool down. The 40 riders are very hungry and since they always take what they want with force they approach grandma's house to steal the apple pie. And so they start to get into heavy shooting fights themselves just because they got so greedy because of grandma's apple pie. The Sheriff The sheriff is the good guy in Blues City. He rides a white horse and his colts are blank and shiny steel. All people really love him because he is the hero in town. He always succeeds to defend law. Cool, hard headed but very firm in his actions he defends the law in Blues City. He see's the fight about grandma's apple pie – so he goes there and clears the situation and gives grandma here apple pie back. Night Crawler As the sun goes down a lonely rider approaches Blues City. He looks very mysterious. His hat is in his face so you can not see his face but you can see the smoke of his cigarillo he is smoking. And as it is getting night he slowly enters the bar to get himself a bottle of Whiskey and a good smoke. The Bad Suddely a very bad and mean looking man enters the bar. He wants to fight. Everybody is scared and hides where they can. Only one man is ready to stand tall and firm. The “ Night Crawler “ - he starts to fight with “ The Bad “ - and now even the 40 riders enter the fight and so it gets really wild. Heavy Session The sheriff hears that there is a heavy session going on in the bar. He takes his guns, his white horse and approaches the bar to make some arrests. Fighting goes on through the whole night, but like a shining light the sheriff enters the fight. The Bullet Suddely one bullet hits “ The Bad “ and fighting stops. Good has won. Daybreak has begun. The Goodbye After being one day in Town making some friends and buring “ The Bad “ as sun goes down the “ The Nightcrawler “ leaves Blues City. He never turns back when he leaves a place and leaves everybody behind. My last Smoke I am the teller of this story – I am living in Blues City and watching all people going there ways and live there lifes and now I smoke my last cigarrette.

Dramatic Colors music-pictures.com2013 iTunes Link I has been 3 years after my last CD release. In this time I have been composing a lot music for TV & movies and this CD is a compilation of my dramatic pieces which I composed in this time. Its not so much focused on guitar or piano works. Its mainly in the electronic and industrial genre where I compose in the style of Enigma, Buddha Bar, Cafe del Mar, Moby with a lot of personal colors which I add. Here now a few words about this CD. Dieu ( violet ) - a wonderful violet song with some voices. Coming Home ( instrumental ) - one of my very favorite songs in the color dark blue. Was a release where I started to compose again after a longer break where I was not able to compose and be creative for a longer time. Some wonderful guitars in combination. HPCRAZY.COM and live activities It really has been a long time since my last blog entry. Wow the last one was at the beginning of July 12. There was the summer break and I have a lot of personal things to work out how I will continue my entire system. I had a terrible cold for more then 3 months. 2 months I was more or less home and too weak to do more then the minimum of my duties in my schedules. Illness is always a sign that something is wrong in the entire system so I took this time to think about many things and I have found my answers in personal and professional life now. So I will share some of my findings and my activities during this time here in my blog. Live activities I have played many concerts and shows during this time. So I was practicing a lot since I was playing different kind of music at every concert. There were a few Farbmusik concerts. One was the first live broadcasted concert from our live streaming studio in Egg. Since this was the very first concert which we broadcasted there were various technical difficulties which occurred during this live performance. So I was not really happy about the result. I wanted to have a perfect concert, prepared a lot that all sounds should be perfect but somehow many things went wrong. After the concert we had team meeting and checked out all mistakes which happened and the next concert 2 weeks later worked out fine. You have an impression here. I was playing with a jazz band and I had a lot of fun since I only play Jazz once a year with this band. I was totally focused on this and my preparations and practice work on the guitar. I was playing like 4 -8 hours daily again and it felt great. I have not done this for years and reminded me where my true passion in music was for the most time of my musician life. And it was not a accident that I was invited to a Steve Vai concert in Zürich. I always loved his kind of spiritual approach to music and found a lot of accordance in his philosophies and thought about music and life but I never have seen him playing life. And I must tell you it was a real initial happening for me. I really could feel his vibe and energy behind music and the kind of mission he is going for. And I felt that this is very near to what I am going for. So I went home totally inspired and with a new vision what my musical life shall be in the future. I did not release any CD anymore since 2010. Before I released about 22 CD's I guess but after 2010 where I released 8 CD's I was so empty and nothing new came up. I also felt that my mission I had in music was lost. This changed in that night were I saw Steve Vai live. Thanks Steve even when we don't know us personally :-) HPCRAZY.COM I have relaunched my website http://www.hpcrazy.com in August 12 as a experiment and to try to get my lost inspiration back. This website is connected very much to my YouTube channel which more or less was there since 2006 but I never took it serious. But amazing even that I did not take it serious I have 600 subscribers and nearly 500000 views. So I thought that my YouTube channel connected with my website will be my voice in the internet for the future. Work already has begun. Currently there are 2 parts. The lesson of the month and the " Talk to my guitar " show. So you have a new video every two weeks. Later we will add parts from the live broadcasting from our studio in Egg. We are still working on the last technical updates. A 2nd camera will be installed in these days and from then on it will be like a TV studio and we are looking forward to this great add to the whole HPCRAZY.COM concept. And I must say a big thank you to Richard who has payed all this. Without his financial help this never would have been possible. Now we a full professional TV studio ready to go in the next weeks. Creativity First Wow it really has been a long time since my last blog entry. It has been an intense time - sometimes not so easy since I started my first steps into a new life without extended online teaching and extended internet projects. It is now 3 months ago since I made this step and I personally think it was the best desicion of the past years. Some really new aspects have come into my life and in fact it is a total different life with its difficulties but it feels great. So what happened since then ? Actually I have started to focus totally on creativity as a liveperformer and as a composer. These 2 aspects never really had a bigger space in my work since I did not have the time and the open spaces to really get into this creative world. So I started to practice guitar and piano regualar again - and specially in the morning hours. A time which I usually used to awser all emails, orum entries or other internet activities. Since I have more time for this work I am able to really work on the connection with the guitar or piano again with several mental exercises in combination with technical exercises on guitar or piano. And it was worth ! I had 2 concerts at the beginning of june and the first one was a real challange. It was in Germany under pretty hard conditions and I did not fail. It was not my best performance but without my exercises I would not been able to stand the big pressure this way. This is part of the new life that you need to face difficult situations and still be able to do a great job - no wonder that the report in the media was very good ! The next concert only 4 days later was the best soloperformance I have ever played ! Wow I am still exited The next goal are now to make concerts from the now finally finished studio egg http://www.jamsessionegg.ch and to start working with bands. New performances are already booked and on the way. The 2nd part - composing : Here I have started to put energy into this part or my work and wow it works. I am still a successful composer at Swiss National TV - they just asked again for new music. I have become a featured artist at audiosparx.com - view http://www.audiosparx.com/ColourMusic - my recent work " http://soundcloud.com/music-pictures/coming-home " got a contract with a US based libray and my track " http://soundcloud.com/music-pictures/fire " is in the final phase of getting signed at a successful Hollywood library. Beside this I am currently scoring a Swiss movie which shall be seen at the Umwelt Arena on a 15m screen. So I am on the way now to a live where creativity will always be first and facing difficulties which appear in local settings when you work together with " real " people. It was a change after working in internet for 15 years but I will never regret this step I made.

New System - 21.4.12 It has been 4 weeks ago since it became a fact that I will be leaving guitartricks.com. Since this was a major inpact in my whole working system I really needed to think what will be in the future. I did not meet anybody for longer time to be alone to really think all this over and now here are my findings which I do believe will be my path for the coming years. 1. Online Teaching It makes sense to keep my own online guitarschool ( http://www.hanspeterkruesi.com/guitarschool/ )running together with my activities on my YouTube channel ( http://www.youtube.com/user/hpcrazycom ) and my activites on my german guitarsite ( http://www.gitarrenforum.eu/ ) and my personal guitarhome ( http://www.gitarrist.ch/ ) where I by the way have updated all foto's by now. 2. Live Videostreaming Next month we will definitly start to broadcast our activities from our Studio Egg live into the internet. I am really looking forward to it. It took a long time to fix all technical difficulties since we will be working with 3 camera's to get you closer to what will happen there. We will broadcast our jamsessions and concerts from there. I really missed this so much during the past months and years where I was to busy to compose and expore new possibilites in music. Therefore I will put much more time and energy into this part of my work and make it to an equal part of all my activites. Live Activities I will put much more energy into my live activities such as concerts, live performances from the studio Egg and jamsessions. I will do this with my masterpiece " Farbmusik " ( colourmusic ) http://www.music-pictures.com/colormusic.php and with more activites as a pianist. I have updated my homepage as a pianoplayer and founded a agency and already started to work http://www.pianist.ch/ . I did not practice piano for nearly 6 months but this will be part of my regular work now and after I while I will be back on very professional level and combine it with guitarperformances with Farbmusik. So thats now the path for the future - I think it will take some time till I get back on my normal earning level again. I was thinking to take more private students but I am really at the limit with 10 - 15 students a week. I can only be a good teacher when I am happy and therefore I need to be creative and make concerts. Best HP

After being an instructor for 6 years at guitartricks.com I am now unfortunately forced to quit. Somehow I am happy about this since the workload on the technical side ( video shoots, editing, cutting, track production ) has really become quite big in the past 2 years. I still was able to do it since I felt responsible for all students which gave me feedbacks, asked for specific new tutorials but on the other hand more and more I was not able to be creative anymore which made me very unhappy in the past 12 months. I tried to find a solution in the past that at least I could hire somebody who would help me with the videoshoots and video editing but since the Swiss Franc has become such a hard currency and my salery from Guitartricks.com always was in US$ I could not afford it. Several attempt to negotiate this with Guitartricks.com to get some support in this matter did not bring any results. Now a new videostandard was annouced which would have trippled my workload and could only be made with a professional team around. I tried to point out the situation but again I did not get any support. So now I needed to quit immediatly since the there was a timeline of 3 days for this changments. Well thats how it is. I do understand the position of Guitartricks.com and I wish them the best in the future that they remain the no. 1 source for guitarplaying in the internet. For my understanding they are too much fixed on technical things and creativity, fun and individuality which is part of playing and learning is not payed enough attention - but thats only my perspective. I am greatful that I was part of this experience for 6 years. In these days I have been no. 1 in the populary list they so I am quitting on the top which is great. Whats next ? Well the main problem of course is the loss of 50% of my fixed income. I need to replace that. The easiest way to do that is to go out and play piano again. So I have updated my pianist homepage www.pianist.ch and I am ready to go out and play piano again. But of course I will be creative again. I have saved enough money that I can go a longer way now without bigger income but at least I will get my happiness back in my work. I really missed creativity. I am really looking forward to this and hopfully I will get a bigger income from this work then I had from Guitartricks.com. Since I am still running my own online guitarschool I still need to think about if I shall continue here or if I should stop completly with online teaching. I will decide in the next weeks and months. I will keep the system running anyway and updates will come at least till the end of the year. Best HP

Starting 2012 Since my last blog entry so much has happened - the really intensive phase began now in Jan 2012. Last year I have decided to put more energy into liveplaying and I have started to change my practice routines in order to get on my vision of my playing level and it is working pretty well. Now when I get up I start to practice instead of making any kind of office work. This is a big changment and it works. Now here the results 1. Livestreaming events : We are starting to make livestreaming events from the studio Egg where anybody can watch and listen our activities which will take place there. These will be jamsession with opening acts - currently I am the opening act when I perform some of my new solopieces which I worked out. Later others can do the opening act. Liveperformances : Also my activities in liveperformance as raised a lot. From the next week on a whole summary of occasions where you can see me playing live will show up. I will also play my first concerts in Germany which will be the first step to international concerts. I will see how far my journey will go but its incredible how fast this changment which I have decided at the end of 2011 have taken place. On Jan 14th I have a wonderful sold out liveperformance with Tatjana Nikic in the Jecklin Forum in Zürich where we performend " Farbmusik " with 2 grand pianos and guitar. 4. New Hollywood contract ! - my flamenco style sologuitar song " The Dessert " has been signed at a big Hollywood music library. The SMPV ( Swiss Music Pedagogic Association ) which is the biggest and most important music association in Switzerland has made a very very supprising request to me. They asked me to join the steering commitee ! I had a hard time to think this over since I am really very busy and have no time for such a job with this big resposibility but I have agreed under certain conditions which are only possible for me in my current timemanagment. Maybe they are ready to agree. Its a big honour for me and my work I must say whatever they will decide. This shows that my progressive work I did over all those years is recognized ! 6. Fractal Audio and G66.eu - I will be featured on G66.eu with my new teaching videos on YouTube using the brand new AXE FX II. There I will act as a representive of Guitartricks.com and so I am more free about the content of my YouTube videos which was restricted the past 5 years due to my contract obligations with them. This is a great opportunity now to show my work to a much bigger audiance since G66.eu is the only distributor of Fractal Audio in Europe and the AXE FX is THE amp and FX modelling system of the present which gets a lot of attention. Swiss national TV has asked me to compose a Swiss stlye version of a song from Easy Rider for a big show. I am on it but the main work Tatjana Nikic will do because I have no time left but she is a great composer and I lookinf forward for here suggestions. So these were the most important news from Jan 12 - was a lot of movement but its going in a good direction.

2011 Blog Looking back to 2011 the main events which happened were that on the one hand I really got my work on a very good level since I moved it into my studio in Egg. I was booked out with students the most time and my guitarlessons on guitartricks.com have been very popular since I changed my teaching style to a new system. I had many concerts with my farbmusik which were good visited and I can not outline it enough I am very proud of my 4 hours soloconcert on Feb 4th in the Prediger church in Zürich were I play all colors each on guitar and piano with a break of 10 minutes after each color. Looking back its like my live - work has been finished in this one concert. I have practiced so many years to have this level on guitar and piano to make such a concert possible. For my a soloconcert was always the highest thing a musician could reach If you ever play only one solo - piece on a concert you know what I mean. It took all my concentration, my knowledge, experience as a musician over all those years and my entire concentration to make this " march to the southpole alone " possible. Here's a picture from the last " violet " sequence. Pretty much of the spectators where there for the whole 4 hours and they loved it. They told me that they never experienced such a concert before, in its perfection, deepness and emotional impact. The second thing main thing which took my attention in 2011 were my health problems with my hands pretty short after my personal highlight of this concert. These problems slowed me down very much and guided me through the rest of 2011. The good news is that I still can play without limitations, the bad news is that I still suffer from this problem and nobody really can tell me what it is and how long I will be able to play without pain. From my personal experience from the past I know that it has a reason for this. Many years ago I needed to stop playing the piano because of a problem with my right hand. There I changed to guitar and I never regreted it. Now I decided to take any effort which is needed to go out and play live again. Over years I did not focus on live - playing again, I made a few concerts from time to time and my main focus was teaching, online teaching and composing for TV and Movies. Now its more the time to make concerts, start new projects with other musicians - just to be creative. The secret is Humility and being your self HP we all look for mentor's in this world to follow, who inspire us not by words but by their actions. you don't have to sell yourself to anyone, It is who HP is in each video presentation that we look at and truthfully in order to enter the kingdom, you must have the heart of a child and you do have this, mine was taken away at an early age, But then I was given the chance back to love life and completely my life was renewed by realizing I am nothing without all you friends in this world. Being a cancer survivor makes you realize how important you are to others in this world, but getting your life back and living simple makes life so worthy of stopping and smelling the rose's in the garden. Keep up the great teaching don't get behind we look for new exciting ventures in every video we watch.

Hi Lew, thanks for your feedback - this really gives me motivation to carry the online teaching on. I heard such kind of feedback many times, that my online lessons feel like they are made just for the special student. I dont know what the secret is but I guess it is because I really like all my students even the ones I never have seen in person. My hands are much better then when the problem started and I think I found the weak point over the X-mas days now. I need to do very regular sports and keep disziplin with things I eat and need to practice guitar regular and relaxed. I think with a lot of disziplin I can be able to heal it completly. Best HP

Changments Its has been a while since my last blog entry - nearly 6 months - wow. In my last blob entry I was writting about some health problems and as a result my plan slow things down. So what happened since then ? Actually a lot My health problems ( unfortunatly with hands ) have forced me to think about several things and priorities in playing and in life. I have used this time now to change a few things based on this situation. I had a similar problem many years ago which forced me to dramaticly change my musical life. At that time I was a professional pianist and on the way to become pretty successful. There I needed to stop playing piano but it was possible to play guitar and so I changed my main instrument and became a guitarist - but looking back honestly I know that I wanted to do this changment and so it came. But I needed that injury at that time to really go the new way - the same as now. Already last year I noticed that I wanted to change something now the changments have taken place. Musical Career I considered myself always as a live musician since I am this kind of player who can boost energie and abilities in a live situation. Through my online work and all my obligations I did not have the time and motivation to pursue liveplaying so much anymore. But now is the time to go out and play again - I dont know how long my hands still can play ( nobody knows what it is ) - but at the moment I still can play but I needed to change my perception of music and what I want to play and how. Here are my findings : 1. Touch Technique : I think the time of expanded touch technique concerts is over. I still can play it but this technique is really hard to play and brings a lot of physical stress to the angles of the fingers and needs a lot of practice time with only little abilities of improvisation and creativity on stage. 2. Normal Playing : Because of the touch technique I stoped to pracitce normal playing techniques. But I was pretty good in it when I practiced it and I can do it with very little effort - so I am coming back with this. Takes some time of course till the really high levels can be reached - but I am on the way 3. Piano playing - I used to be a very good piano player. ( this is what people always said to me ) and I own http://www.pianist.ch. I am giving more energy to piano playing and live performances. 4. Performing - since Touch Technique not my main feature anymore I am forced to start to play with other musician. The first main changment is that in my main concert program " FARBMUSIK " I no longer do concerts solo anymore. I started to work with Tatjana Nikic. http://www.tatjananikic.com - she is a great concert pianist from Croatia and she started to play the piano parts of my compositions and I do the " normal " guitarparts. A first full concert took place on oct 15th and it was a success. People loved the new performance style of " FARBMUSIK " and there is a discussion to get in more musicians. percussion first. A concert with 2 piano's in the Jecklin Forum in Zürich on jan 14th 2012 is on the way. An additional feature in FARBMUSIK - http://www.music-pictures.com/colormusic.php Teaching My teaching work is going on but I change my online teaching style a bit and I noticed that my lessons at http://www.guitartricks.com have become pretty popular. Since the changment 6 months ago I get far more possitive feedbacks, more downloads of my guitarmusic and I am totally booked out with private online and live students. They come from far away now to have private lessons but I did not do any advertisment, it is just happening. I still only take a limited number of students but I am now taking 15 per week and they love it. Jamsessions : As a great additional feature we started with regular jamsessions on oct 22th from a central studio in Egg. Everybody who loves blues and jamming can come there and play in a really wonderful room and surrounding. As a extra highlight all jamsessions will be broadcasted live into the internet. I enjoy the work with my students and I will keep it up because the feedbacks and energy I get from all my students around the world is just great.

It has been again a long time since my last blog entry. It has of course a reason. I was forced to slow things down because unpredicable health problems showed up and they put my career in danger. Since march 11 I suddenly have problems with both hands. Its not so bad that I can't play guitar anymore but still it is something I have to think about. I got several opinions what the cause might be of these problems. Till now there is no unique diagnosis. I personally believe that it is now time to slow down things. I have been working very hard in the past years and have some very difficult situations to deal with - also in my personal life and to be honest I always thought that it is a miricle that I always stayed healthy so I was able to do was had to be done. And now since I have finished everything and this constant pressure has reduced a lot now I could start to relax and now I have to pay the price for this phase which lasted 5 years. But as I said I can still play guitar, still make musc but I have to take care a bit till I get 100% healthy again. I have already started with some changements. I will focus on the important things in my work. This is teaching, composing and playing. No extra stuff anymore. On playing I will work less on speed accuracy and virtuosity but on building a 100% connection with the instrument anytime. On piano I went through such a process many years ago where I faced similar problems but at the end I became a much better player then before. This will also happen now on guitar. My students might already noticed the changment in my teaching style. Everybody is learning this now. Building a true connection to the guitar to your feelings in music and your abilities to express and explore music on any level and any situation. This is my way, my path with I now truely started and I like it I must say. But I take it step by step. So stress anymore. Music is part of life and it will happen as life happens. And yes this is another news in my personal life. I will start to learn how to life beside work. I never did it. Nows the time. But this is also music. HP

Farbmusik http://www.farbmusik.com concert The past weeks I basicly just was busy with my " Farbmusik " . I had a concert on oct. 2nd where I needed to practice a 90 minutes soloperformance. This was very demanding. But I was glad that this time Tatjana Nikic entered Farbmusik with her contribution. She did a great performance and understood what it was about. The concert turned out to be the best in the past years. This is what some said. Somebody recorded the concert on video. An internation symposium " Interaction of colour and light in arts and science " . Here is my contribution. Casting show Farbmusik got invited to contribute to a big casting show at Swiss TV. The first casting will take place in one week. Dont know if I will make it to the next round. But I give it a try.

Thanks I was in Germany on the weekend. I was invited to join a healing session where the methods of Dr. Klinghart are used. I dont know the exact expression of it. Kind of a kineoslogic thing. And this theraphist has working with my music since march 10 and now the results are here. It really works and has big potential to become a main tool in this kind of theraphy work. I was astonished to watch this concept with my music in it. It very very impressive and serios work what I was able to see.

Performing 1. After the experiences of this year it came more and more clear that I neglected my live - perfoming too much in the past years. I was too busy with all kind of internet - projects and composing. So I made a serios desicion in August 10 to change my life and somehow get back into the life-perfomring scene which I missed for more then 10 years. So I started to contribute for a 70's blues - rock band with 2 guys. We are starting practicing work soon. 2. I had a jazz - gig in Zug on Sept. 9th where I preperaed myself for 3 weeks that I was able to play all this difficult jazz - stuff. And I succeded. I was the only guy who was playing all songs by hearts with themes and solo - parts. But I must admit it was great fun playing all these heavy tunes even that I sometimes missed some more rocking sounds. :)Here is the homepage of these guys http://www.hazzdajazz.ch 3. I got a request from a professional big band to take the job as a guitarplayer reenctly. As far as I heard from my manager the pre - selling of tickets is going well. And I will be playing with a gueststar http://www.tatjananikic.com 5. Some more discussions are going on. There is a overall interest of musicians which would like to work with me. This all came very fast and what was very astonishing for me is that the overall comments from musicians and fans which heard me play live ( now also with band ) - Everybody can not believe that they never heard of me since my skills on the guitar impress everybody. Some even say that I must be the best guitarplayer in Switzerland. But fans mostly exagerate a bit in their enthusisme. I would say that I worked hard on the guitar since I started to play and I guess there are not many players around with similar skills. But believe me - there is always somebody who plays better and music is not a competition its about music and emotions. Greetings HP

Summer 2010 It has been a while since my last blog entry. It was a pretty crazy summer this summer 2010 - so many different things were going on that its a bit hard to get all down in order. Basicly I have finished all my projects which I ever had in my head all the past years. This was online - education, composition and my " farbmusik " including the release of 7 CDs. Now my work was to let the world somehow know what was going on and what I have been doing the past years. online education - I am so glad that I was rewarded in the Schweizer Musikzeitung for 10 years of pioneer work. http://www.gitarrist.ch/musikzeitung_2010.pdf - also guitartricks.com which was part of my work got rewarded and I was so glad for guitartricks.com that they got this kind of reward. They were grateful. Composition - I got the message from Swiss national TV that my music which they really love was used 120 times in different major broadcasting shows. They are keeping asking for more music. I wish I had more time. Farbmusik - Since I finished the 7 CDs - each colour one CD and I started to let people know about it. I got so many positive feedbacks and interest that it is hard to write about all of them. But here the most important ones. - I will have a meeting with a publisher in Germany in October. They are very interested to publish " Farbmusik " . They are the leading publisher of any kind of literature about colours. ( I was told ) - Procolore the Swiss head organisation of all creative professional working with colour turned out to be very interested in my work. The president of this organisation showed out to already knew my work from a earlier production in 2004- There this was my prototype of the colormusic with a CD with one sone each colour... now I have 7 songs each colour. - Several theraphists have started to work with the colourmusic. The results are very promissing. It shows that the colourmusic has the same effect like light but much stronger. Some critics came from a side that the colourmusic is not medititationmusic and some songs are too fast. But the colourmusic never was meant to be meditation music - colourmusic ( farbmusik ) is just a other expression for colours. So many feedbacks about the colourmusic ( farbmusik ) from all kinds of genres. Many people interpretate different things in it. This was meant to be. Farbmusik is for everybody who is interested to experience colour through music - nothing else. As we know that music has also healing powers - colourmusic has the same healing powers like the colours. Whats next ? I want to start to make concerts now. Either with Farbmusik or my new blues - rock band or with Tatjana Nikic. This is my biggest wish. I have been working so hard in all these projects the past years - now it is time for a change. I was away and totally absorbed for 10 years ( unbelievable ) - now its time to go change and go out into the world - also out in other countries to makes concerts or symposiums. Whatever will show up - nows the time. PS : Thank you Tatjana you helped me so much to take the last hard step to realize all this. I just love this kind of style in blues. This has the colour " orange " 2.Claim up : This is a new recording of my all time " hit " played with the two handed touch technique. Here there are a lot of additional improvised elements recorded then you hear in the old version of 2002. This has the colour " indigo " 3.Concerto : This is a new recording of my interpretation of the " Concerto de Arranquez " played with the two handed touch technique. One of my very favorite songs from the classical archiv. This has the colour " red " 4.Too cool : A very very cool song played with 3 guitars. I composed this for a student years ago, but it turned out to be very popular and gives this very cool mood. This could be the hit of this album. 5.Human Touch : A wonderful balade played with 2 guitars. 6.Spanish Guitarista : The name of this song gives you the direction here. Spanish influenced guitar with very red and groovy percussion. 7.Beat the Funk out : This is a really funky and wild fusion type song. I recorded the lead guitar in one take. Was great fun – I still listen to this song very often. I just love the parts where I really start to go wild on the guitar. 8.But I was cool : This song describes a longer situation where my emotions were getting more extrem but I did not show anything – as I say " but I was cool ". 9.Red Guitar : This is actually a house beat with a very red played guitar. Takes you to the rhythm and into this red mood. One of my personal favorites. 10.Flying away : This is the next chapter of the story started with " but I was cool " . Experienced listeners can imagine what the story was about. This song is in the colour " indigo ". 11.Live in the Lounge : A recording from a live – gig in a lounge. 12.Bad Blues : This kind of blues is very much my style. Remember the movie " Crossroads " - there is a scene where this kind of blues is played. 13.Violet Guitar : This is the colour " violet " played with the two handed touch technique. 14.Das Fohlen : An other original played with the touch technique. The colour " light blue ".

May 2010 - Finished Since my last blog - entry I have been finishing my release of those 7 CD's Farbmusik ( http://www.farbmusik.com ) and I had a speach in front of members of the SMPV in Winterthur ( Switzerland ) talking about professional online education systems and music & internet in general. The president who was in the audience as well constated at the end of the speach how impressed he was about my pioneer work in the past 10 years and my modesty which I have even that I have reached so much. You can imagine that a lot of people still dont believe me what all had happened to me during my times where I was into this pioneer - work in internet. At the end of my speach I said to the audience that even that my knowledge is still progressive for me the time of internet is over. I rarly speak about my personal feelings in my blog, but I really have a feeling of proudness when I review the last 10 years but I feel that it is now time to move on and leave this behind. For me this topic is acutally closed - this dont not mean that I will not continue my work which I have in internet but I will reduce it to those parts which are nessessary and open up for new things. Maybe its a personal disadvantage but it always has been like this. I put a lot of enery into something which I believe in but once I reached it I start to loose interest. After my speach about internet I felt that it is now over. Next steps : I got this movie " As it is in heaven " from a friend long time ago. I dont know why I did not watch it for so long. So I will start to practice regulary again and start to express music the way it is meant to be and I know I talk about this for a while start to play live again regulary. So this is tha plan. I can not say more at the moment. PS : But dont be afraid that I stop all internet activities - I will just set the priorities right.
