1 pointI want to share this recording I did a few days ago. This was a spontanious improvisation after recording a jazz guitar tutorial with the backing track I created for that tutorial : The special thing of this recording is that I have been working for many months on a new jazz guitar style in my process of redefining my way of making music and improvising. I originaly studied jazz guitar but through my many years being an online instructor I have be drawn much into blues and rock guitar because these are the popular genres. I felt now that I want to bring more jazz vibes into my guitar style in performances and I feel like I found my new style a bit. It's a combination from the great styles of Miles Davis, George Benson and Thelonious Monk. In this improvisation I could break free from concepts, patterns and licks and just go for a sponatious creation of jazz - that's the reason why I enjoy this recording so much and there will be more to come.1 point

Here I created a cinematic style meditation sound in 432Hz. The core of this sound experience is the hang sound together with a slow 60 bpm pulsing bass sound which is great to get into a meditative vibe. Try to sync your breath to the speed of this tune then you might experience the maximum meditation effect. Here are the themes which are attached to the color " violet " Faith, mysticism, transformation, timeless, spirituality, healing and serving. Close your eyes and start to concentrate on your breath. Breathe in your thoughts, hopes, wishes and all good which is in your imagination and breath out all negative which hinders you to fulfill it. Make your breath slow and out and have a stable sitting or lying position that you can fully concentrate on your breathing.
