Here you find the tabs of the theme of " Fly Me To The Moon " as written in the New Real Book 2. In fact the theme can be interpretated in many ways. I personally love the version of Frank Sinatra. You also find some basic jazz chords which work with this tune + the modes which you can use for the improvisation. The backing track is on 160 bpm but still try to make a really laid-back improvisation. This serves the vibe of this tune most. These files are associated to this tutorial :

Here you can learn the song " Santa Claus Is Coming To Town ". There are many versions of this song around. I have decided to make the jazz guitar version so this tutorial includes 3 parts now. First I will show you the melody which is really simple. In the 2nd part I show you the jazz chords which I created for you. Those ones are not so easy but quite simple and in the 3rd part I give you some tips and tricks on how you can make a solo to this wonderful tune.

Then you might find this interesting HP. This YouTube video is of the composer of the music, Luiz Bonfa, playing and singing the song in the original language, in 1966. The video lasts about 10 minutes and might be of interest. In addition to playing and singing A Day In The Life Of A Fool, which is at the end of the video, the second song he plays imitates percussion instruments. Really interesting and great playing. Hope you like it.
