First I make an analysis of the chords, modes and arpeggios of the chords then I show you one chorus of an intermediate solo where all is included. Here you find the tabs of one chorus smooth jazz improvisation over the chords of sunny. The level is intermediate so that most of you guys have a chance to fulfill the task. This improvisation works around the main positions of the A and G minor pentatonic since this tune works around 2 keys and this way you can play in positions which are already comfortable for you guys. Beside the improvisation I have added the modes and arpeggios in those 2 positions I am talking about. You should also check them out to get a better understanding and orientation during your improvisation. The audio files are the improvisation with the backing track and the backing track itself.
