Here I will show you how to practice the basic figures in rock guitar by also including your body. Feeling the beat with your whole body makes your timing get up to the precision level of 100%. Pay close attention to my instructions and if you are an experienced player and you have never done this before you also should go back to the basics to reach the 100% precision level. With a drop D tuning you tune down the low E string to a D and then you have three open strings which create a really dark and strong powerchord which is very easy to grab and so very good for beginners or intermediate players.
