Here you can learn how to play the theme of the Western Movie " The Good, The Bad and the Ugly " where Ennio Morricone has written the music. This theme is one which will stay forever in our minds so it was worth to work out a version for you which works on guitar. The first part of the theme is not played with a guitar, but I still worked out how to play that melody. The 2nd part is in fact a guitar and there I worked out how it was played back in those 60's days. Glad you love this one here. Yes on this track and lesson the groove is the focus - Pentatonic is not bad - also not in smooth jazz. Once you have more modes together then choosing the pentatonics for a specific sound you want to achieve is really the cool thing.

I love this lesson - the backing track is so groovy and so are the riffs. Nice to have a jazz tune that sounds good played with simple pentatonic scales too. Thanks!

I can do something with chords - with the regular youtube video's it's a bit tricky since I need to also think about popularity. With the premium member content I could do a course on that.... 🙂
