Meditation music is great to relax and to make your own inner journeys while listening to music. This is a first meditation concert I am doing as a livestream. I will play different colors ( Farbmusik ) and meditate with you to this great new moon.
Farbmusik ( colormusic ) is the musical interpretation of colors and their emotional content. Due to a special talent, colors and music always had a connection for me. When creating Farbmusik, it was my aim to create a music that would make this connection tangible for everyone. During the years of researching these aspects of music, nothing was left to chance, and yet I see color music as a very personal view of music and color.

Dr. Rudolf Steiner, der Begründer der Anthroposophie, sowie andere Anthroposophen wie Maria Renold oder Kathleen Schlesinger haben zu der 432Hz Stimming geforscht und kamen zu den Erkenntnissen, dass diese Stimmung einen Effekt auf die körperliche wie auch seelische Befindlichkeit von Menschen hat. Die 432 -Stimmung soll nach den Erkenntnissen von Steiner und anderen Forschern folgende Wirkungen haben:

What is the difference between 432Hz and 440 Hz tuning ?
Dr. Rudolf Steiner, the founder of anthroposophy, as well as other anthroposophists like Maria Renold or Kathleen Schlesinger have done research on 432 Hz tuning and came to the conclusion that this tuning has an effect on the physical as well as mental state of people. According to the findings of Steiner and other researchers, the 432 -tuning should have the following effects:
Better physical relaxation Better mental relaxation Mood elevation More direct emotional flow Better contact with own feelings Easier development and healing processes Feeling music more than just hearing it Watch the concert here !
