Terms and conditions for private lessons

Pricing :

- Setup fee + 1 lesson : 85 Euro
- Every additional lesson : 65 Euro

Payments have to be made in forward. Paymentdata can be found in the " Private lesson - forum "

Instructions and terms

1. To take part of my private online-lessons you first have to activate your account by buying at least one lesson including the setup fee. The lessons will start as soon as your payment arrived. When you have purchased more than one lesson you will get a lesson regulary on a appointed day which will be fixed when you start having private lessons. Depending on your selection having lessons weekly or every 2 weeks you will have a new lesson every comming up appointment.

2. The student is responsible him- or herself to send me a new request and a new recording of him- or herself that I can produce a new lesson. Your request and your recording for review has to be sent to me a least 24 hours before your next lesson. If you miss it I will create the next lesson for you, in a way I think it will fit best on your skills and your request in previous lessons. The previous lesson will completely be deleted at that time I upload your new lesson. If you missed the download I am not resposible for the loss of your previos lesson.

3. Once the lessons you have purchased are finished you have to make your next payment till 2 days befor your next upcoming lesson if you wish to continue. If you wish to make a break you can do nothing. You can make a break anytime you wish. Your account will remain activated for 6 months. After this timeperiod it will be deleted but you can activate it anytime again by making a full registration process including the setup fee. If somebody else has taken your place during your break you will be set on the waiting list and you can continue as soon as somebody else makes a break.

 

Support

4. Having private lessons I will give you email-support for every coming up lesson if something is not clear or if you don't understand my instructions. Please notice that you only have support for the theme of the current lesson. Any other question related to themes of guitarplaying can be posted in the guitarforum and will be anwsered only by the rules of the support section.

 

General Terms

5. If you are displeased with the private lessons I will not payback any money. It is on your own responsibility to manage your account and your payments.

6. HanspeterKruesi.com is not responsible for any technical problem on your computer with avoids that you can take part of the current online-lesson or for cases you could not download your teaching video. HanspeterKruesi.com is not resposible for any missed lesson unless you keep us informed that you will take a break. I such case please read point 3.

7. If I am not able to teach in cases of technical problems, liveperformances, holidays or other cases you will get informed how long the break will last and when the lessons will continue. These informations can be found in the " Private lesson - forum "
