It has been 4 weeks ago since it became a fact that I will be leaving guitartricks.com. Since this was a major inpact in my whole working system I really needed to think what will be in the future. I did not meet anybody for longer time to be alone to really think all this over and now here are my findings which I do believe will be my path for the coming years.
1. Online Teaching
It makes sense to keep my own online guitarschool ( http://www.hanspeter...m/guitarschool/ )running together with my activities on my YouTube channel ( http://www.youtube.com/user/hpcrazycom ) and my activites on my german guitarsite ( http://www.gitarrenforum.eu/ ) and my personal guitarhome ( http://www.gitarrist.ch/ ) where I by the way have updated all foto's by now.
2. Live Videostreaming
Next month we will definitly start to broadcast our activities from our Studio Egg live into the internet. I am really looking forward to it. It took a long time to fix all technical difficulties since we will be working with 3 camera's to get you closer to what will happen there. We will broadcast our jamsessions and concerts from there. 3. Creativity
I will become more creativ. I really missed this so much during the past months and years where I was to busy to compose and expore new possibilites in music. Therefore I will put much more time and energy into this part of my work and make it to an equal part of all my activites. I have opened up a creative box ( http://hanspeterkruesi.com/box.htm ) and a Soundcloud account ( http://soundcloud.com/music-pictures ) and I already could get a contract for my first song which I created one week ago : http://soundcloud.co...res/coming-home
4. Live Activities
I will put much more energy into my live activities such as concerts, live performances from the studio Egg and jamsessions. I will do this with my masterpiece " Farbmusik " ( colourmusic ) http://www.music-pic.../colormusic.php and with more activites as a pianist. I have updated my homepage as a pianoplayer and founded a agency and already started to work http://www.pianist.ch/ . I did not practice piano for nearly 6 months but this will be part of my regular work now and after I while I will be back on very professional level and combine it with guitarperformances with Farbmusik.
So thats now the path for the future - I think it will take some time till I get back on my normal earning level again. I was thinking to take more private students but I am really at the limit with 10 - 15 students a week. I can only be a good teacher when I am happy and therefore I need to be creative and make concerts.
